Shipping Policy :

We try and deliver your product as quickly as possible, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

​For all order > $50 , there is no shipping charges. For other orders, the shipping charges will be applied.

​All shipment will be delivered with 7-10 days depending upon your shipping location. Certain products may take longer to be delivered due to some reason, you will be intimated according after you place the order.

Refund Policy:

We at The Printed Cue provide the best quality and service to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if you desire to Return, Refund or Exchange the product then we follow the following policy.

Please read carefully the following return methods:

  1. In case of the returns due to Products Quality Issue (Damaged/Wrong product), place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and we will initiate the pickup process once the return is approved.

  2. In case of returns due to other issues, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and ship the product to the address we have mentioned in return confirmation email. If the customer is not able to ship back, we can initiate a return pickup and the return pickup fee will have to be paid by the customer.

  3. Please note, In case of issues other than quality, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

  4. Shipping amount and Cash On Delivery fee is non refundable.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
