Build Your Own DTF Gang Sheet

Arrange multiple designs on a 22"-wide gang sheet canvas and send us the file — we print it in-house at The Printed Cue, Boston + Seattle.

A gang sheet maximizes your print budget: pack as many designs as you want onto one sheet. We print it exactly as you send it and ship it ready to press.

How to Build Your Gang Sheet

1. Open a free design tool (Canva, Adobe Express, Photopea, or Affinity Photo)
2. Set canvas to 22" wide × your chosen length at 300 DPI
3. Arrange your designs with small gaps between them
4. Export as PNG with transparent background
5. Upload to Google Drive, set to "Anyone with the link can view", paste the link below

File Requirements

• Format: PNG with transparent background (required)
• Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
• Canvas width: exactly 22"
• Color mode: RGB

Application

Press at 300–325°F for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure. Peel cold. Works on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, leather, and more.
